LYNDHURST -- Mercom Systems Inc., a designer of products that enable Internet-ready computers to be used as telephones, announced the availability of new call recording technology on Tuesday. Mercom's new product, Audiolog 3.0, was unveiled at a Los Angeles trade expo. It allows users to record voice, screen, and telephone-by-computer interactions. Call playback and evaluations of conversations are among the uses of the new product. The company's products are found at call centers, government agencies, and utilities.
