NSW: Weather hampering search for missing woman= 2

The four survivors spent 16 hours in the water after their boat capsized at 1am (AEST) on Sunday.

Police said they reached the shore sometime late Sunday but were not found on the beach
until 9.30am the following morning.

They were discovered by an RAAF patrol from a nearby bombing range, police said.
